Those aren’t just another pair of pretty glasses, you know. Oh, no-no-no…Behind those glasses are a melting pot of thoughts; thoughts about my kids, about my family, about things that stand out enough during my day-to-day that they either make me laugh, make me want to know more, or just down-right piss me off. And so that’s what I write about.
My name is Carol. I am a stay-at-home-mom to two kids who I still look at and can’t believe I have, and I’m the best wife on the planet, just ask my husband (wait, let me get my stun-gun first). I tried to think of a label for the type of person I am, but I’m such a hodge-podge that there isn’t a clear victor. I am not an authority on anything – I’m no parenting expert; I’m not super-crafty nor am I great cook. I’m not a tree hugger or activist, either. I have an opinion on the super crafty, great cooks, tree huggers and activists, though. That should count as something, right?
I try to make my blog entries entertaining – at least to me. Hopefully you’ll get a chuckle or two. If not, move to California and get a medical marijuana card – I’ve heard they’re easy to get – and get yourself a good dealer. Then, on a good buzz, sit down and re-read my stuff. That should help.
