I love this picture. It says so much.

Many times after Addy was born, other parents would ask, “Have you seen any jealousy?” No, I would say proudly (ignorant, clearly). I would say, “Oh, but I’m sure I will eventually.” But I was just being polite – my child will be an exception, I thought. He’s a kind soul who loves his sister and will cradle and coddle her for years to come.

Yea. Right.

I can’t tell you how many times in a day I have to scold him for purposely bumping her, or pushing her, or yelling at her. Ugh.

I know this is is probably normal and will pass…but I’m open to suggestions. How do I handle this without scarring either of my children for life??
